Download and install the Bethesda.net client by clicking on the ´launcher´ button in the top right corner at Bethesda.net
Launch and log into the Bethesda.net client.
Click on the logo (upper left corner) and choose “redeem code”.
Enter the code.
Install and launch the game to access the redeemed contents.
